My names sarah! I play lots of games, LoTRO, LoL, Civilization, Sims, Minecraft(alot), and lots more; and also do other things!

I wanted to do a blog for something I liked and minecraft gets alot of my time. So! This is for everything minecraft. It's mostly pictures right now but soon maybe tutorials, and stuff like that?

custom terrain map: ‘the sunken island’ by inHaze
“Another custom terrain project, this one features an island with several mountains, sunken into the water with a giant waterfall surrounding everything. The whole project was actually inspired and designed around a picture I found that someone had posted to Deviantart, which I included.
Like most of the other terrain projects, I used worldpainter and MCedit for almost everything. I actually had to design and merge three different maps to put this one together. One for the large water base and falls, one for the ground underneath it, and one for the island.
I have added in a few other items including some large caves between the two mountains, some palm trees around the beach, and also a small shipwreck area outside the center where you spawn.
Map size is around 500 x 500, not including the outside water.”see more pictures, information, and the download link to the map here!
Custom maps are usually really fun, I suggest you try it out.
